| OK, here we go...some new rules coming into being...reason being, so we can streamline our guild, and make it a closer, more cohesive unit. Alot of this has already been posted in another thread, but this makes it official, because it's written by me (The General) (Guild Master) (Panzor, Fearless Paladin) (Master of Ashen Guarde, etc etc etc.) First off, if you haven't signed up on these very forums, well then you won't be reading this...so those that are, spread the word...everyone needs to sign up on forums by 31 Oct 2006...penalty for not = eviction from the guild (there will be no discussion on this matter, it's final). Secondly, once you are signed up, you need to be checking the forums at least twice a week, as new information and events are posted often...as a minimum, you need to be checking before the weekends, that's when most events are going to be taking place. Third...Alts...you may have a maximum of 2 alternate toons in the guild, with your Main, that makes a total of 3 toons you can have in teh guild, that being said...those of you that have more than 2 alts, need to pick the ones you like the most and remove the others from the guild...And, you need to put on your notes block that it is your alt...everyone has until 1 Nov 2006 to accomplish this, after that, I start chopping heads. Now, speaking of chopping heads If a toon hasn't been logged in for 30 days or more, guess what? GONE! Lastly (at least for now) Glyndon is our recruiting officer...so if you know of someone that wants to join, they need to go through Glyndon, No Exceptions. The two week probation period still stands. Here is the new rule...all new applicants must be at least level 20. Well, there it is for now...there may be more to come. Have fun, and see you online. | |

| Ok, so if all potential recruits go through Glyndon, what do we do if he's not online? A lot of people don't want to be told "Ok, you might get an invite later if a person in my guild that you don't know happens to log on". I know I certainly wouldn't like to hear that if I were a person looking for a guild.
Maybe there could be a rule that if Glyndon wasn't online at the time, you had to sent him mail to let him know who you had let join the guild, so he could keep track of it?

| Actually, the way it's supposed to work is, if Glyndon isn't on at the time, the person should be directed to make an applicant post here in the forums, so please tell the applicant the website address. Except for priests, and warlocks (which we are a bit short on atm), we shouldn't be looking for people to join, they should want to join us, becuase of our reputation, because they know AG is an awesome guild, and they really want to join. I have previous experience in this matter, and I know for a fact, if someone really wants to join our guild, they will be willing to wait a couple of days to get in. I found a kick ass guild on Alleria, that had pretty much the same stance on this matter, and I waited 2 weeks to get in, and it was well worth it. | |

| Slight change to recruitment...even if Glyn IS online, all potential members need to still post an application on the forums.
Oh, and no Tiahh...I was speaking of Shield of Azeroth...I still miss that guild, but I'll never go back all the same...it truely was bittersweet to leave it. | |
